What is The Ozma Social Club?
Founded in 2017 and named after Princess Ozma, the original “Friend of Dorothy” from the L. Frank Baum books, The Ozma Social Club is an online community center created exclusively for LGBTQ Senior Citizens and Friends. Its mission is to provide the tools, information and inspiration to help its members get the most out of life in today's world.
The Ozma Social Club you see today is just the beginning, as we grow, it is our intention is to constantly add new features and services inspired by our members and tailored to their needs. Planned future developments include Community Bingo, online classes, Job placement help, A Non-Profit Survey Hub, The Ozma Oral History Project, and an exclusive, searchable database of local "family friendly" helpers, to name a few.
But a community center is irrelevant without a community and your participation is critical. So don’t just join today, invite your friends, start a activity club to keep engaged or an action committee and change the world one step at a time. Don’t like the service or think Ozma is missing something? Click here and Tell us what you think, we’re always listening, because without you, we’re nothing.
